PROVIDING SELLERS A COMPETITIVE EDGE
With more than 25 years of combined executive level marketing and real estate experience, I’ve learned that strategically and effectively marketing your home is the key to selling your home quickly and for the right price. The first thing I do for all sellers is create a customized marketing/business plan that outlines what I will do to get your home sold. With this plan you and I have a good understanding of how my integrated marketing mix of research, strategic planning, networking, advertising, and promotion will help position your home competitively. Over the past four years, homes that I have listed average 101% of their asking price. Getting you the most exposure, qualified buyers, and an accepted offer on your home is my specialty.
It’s my job to help you get the best market price for your home. One of the most important elements of marketing your home effectively is setting the price right. Set the price too high, and you won't get any offers and your home will take too long to sell. Set it too low and you cheat yourself by not getting your homes full, fair value. As an expert in selling homes in Downtown Sacramento’s older established neighborhoods (East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park, Midtown, Hollywood Park, Tahoe Park, River Park, Elmhurst, South Land Park, and Greenhaven), I analyze the market and research area home prices every day. I'll work closely with you to assure that everything possible is done to get you the right price, in the time frame you need.
Technology is transforming how Americans buy and sell. Recent research shows that nine out of 10 home buyers use a real estate agent in the search process. The biggest area of change is use of the Internet to search for a home. Internet use in home search has risen dramatically from only 2 percent of buyers in 1995 to 77 percent in 2005. What this means is that 62% of buyers now use the Internet more than newspapers as a resource for searching for homes. Today’s buying is turning to the Internet in unprecedented numbers to find their next home. With 77% using the internet as their primary search tool, one can understand the importance of making sure your home has strong and powerful internet presence.
As a Realtor and a professionally trained marketer, I understand the significant impact that internet exposure can have on marketing your home. That is why I have invested in the tools and alliances with such web organizations as GOOGLE, AOL, YAHOO, CRAIG’S LIST, REALTOR.COM, Virtual Tours, and my own site DawnRowe.com, to offer sellers the most up-to-date web technology available in marketing their homes.
